We provide travel, education consultancy, visa, Egypt security clearance and document processing services. Government decisions (visas, admissions, clearances) are outside our control.
The platform does not process online payments. Our team communicates any service fees to you directly and arranges them offline. Government and third-party fees are separate and non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.
You agree to provide accurate information and lawful documents. Fraudulent submissions may result in termination and legal referral.
We are not liable for outcomes determined by third parties or for delays caused by incomplete documentation.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
